Tea Talkies is a fast-growing café brand in Chennai with multiple outlets, known for quality beverages, quick service, and a consistent customer experience. We are focused on scaling operations while maintaining strong service and product standards across all locations.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Café Incharge to manage end-to-end outlet operations. The candidate will be responsible for staff handling, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards at the outlet level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outlet Operations
- Handle complete day-to-day operations of the café
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards
2. Team Management
- Supervise kitchen helpers, service staff, and billing executives
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
- Train new staff as per Tea Talkies SOP
- Monitor staff discipline and performance
3. Sales & Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints effectively
- Drive daily sales and achieve outlet targets
- Upsell products and promote combos/offers
4. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock and coordinate replenishment
- Reduce wastage and control food cost
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily sales and operational reports
- Ensure billing accuracy and cash handling
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in café / QSR / restaurant industry
- Experience as Supervisor / Shift Incharge preferred
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Basic knowledge of POS billing systems
- Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Skills Required:

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
