* Drive customer satisfaction by meeting expectations and resolving service issues promptly.

* Prioritize customer orders and adjust schedules to meet urgent requirements.

* Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and optimize service fulfillment.

* Oversee and validate cost estimation processes within the Customer Service function.
