Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Principal Full-Stack Developer with 11+ years of experience to lead our engineering team. You will drive technical architecture, design scalable systems, and mentor junior developers. This role requires balancing hands-on coding with high-level system design.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Design robust, scalable, and secure full-stack software architectures.
Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and cloud services.
Enforce high-quality standards through rigorous code reviews and automated testing.
Migrate legacy monolithic applications into modern microservices architecture.

Development & Execution

Build critical, high-performance features across frontend and backend systems.
Optimize database queries, caching strategies, and application performance.
Integrate complex third-party APIs, payment gateways, and internal microservices.
Develop secure applications implementing OAuth, JWT, and OWASP safety standards.

Collaboration & Mentorship

Mentor mid-level and senior engineers to foster continuous professional growth.
Collaborate with Product Managers, DevOps,



and Designers to deliver features.
Translate complex business requirements into transparent, actionable technical specifications.
Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous deployment practices.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Expertise

Languages: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
Frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (Expert level in at least one).
State Management: Redux, Context API, or NgRx.
Styling: CSS3, HTML5, SASS, Tailwind CSS.

Backend Expertise

Languages: Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or .NET Core.
Frameworks: Express.js, Django, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET.
APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSockets.

Database & Caching

SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server.
NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
Caching: Redis or Memcached.

Cloud & DevOps

Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Containers: Docker and Kubernetes.
CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Qualifications

Experience: 11+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
Proven Track Record: Experience delivering large-scale SaaS or enterprise applications.
