Mechanical Engineer – Assembly

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about machine assembly and manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, work with tools, and ensure products are assembled accurately while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components and assembly processes.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical tools is preferred.
- Understanding of 5S and Kaizen is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble beverage vending machines as per engineering drawings and work instructions.




- Install and fit mechanical components, panels, and assemblies.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect assembled machines to ensure quality and proper functionality.
- Identify assembly issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting after assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S practices.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
