Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Engineer – Valuations to conduct property inspections, collect site-related information, verify property details, and support the valuation process. The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering background, strong observational skills, and the ability to travel for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in office inspections of residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties.

Verify property location, dimensions, construction status, quality, and occupancy details.

Measure built-up, carpet, and plot areas as required.

Capture property photographs and maintain proper documentation of site visits.

Verify physical property details against approved plans and submitted documents.

Collect and record information related to surrounding infrastructure, accessibility, and neighbourhoodany developments.

Prepare and submit detailed site inspection reports within specified timelines.

Coordinate with property owners, builders, bank representatives,



and internal valuation teams.

Identify and report discrepancies, deviations, unauthorised constructions, or other observations affecting valuation.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements during inspections.

Maintain accurate records and MIS of completed inspections.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of building construction and civil engineering concepts.

Understanding of property measurements and area calculations.

Ability to read and interpret building plans and drawings.

Strong observation and reporting skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and mobile-based reporting applications.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.

Willingness to travel extensively for property inspections.

Preferred Experience

Experience in property valuation, technical verification, real estate inspections, banking technical audits, or civil site engineering will be an advantage

Freshers with a Civil Engineering qualification or any other graduate and a willingness to work in field operations may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
