We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be end-to-end recruitment, with additional involvement in basic HR functions like onboarding and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, follow-ups, and closures
- Understand hiring needs and job descriptions by working closely with department heads
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with relevant teams
- Roll out offer letters and ensure proper follow-up until the candidate joins
- Collect and verify employee documents and maintain records
- Conduct inductions and ensure smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, and basic HR documentation
- Publish job posts on relevant portals and support employer branding efforts

Qualifications:





- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems
- Prior experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG sectors is a plus

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
