Global Procurement Project Delivery Manager Pune · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role Lead global procurement transformation projects, managing delivery and ensuring successful adoption. The role involves working with multi-functional and multi-location teams, driving project execution within agreed scope, budget, quality, and customer expectations. Success in this role means delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead global procurement transformation projects across Source-to-Full Time, procurement technology, and digital process transformation.
- Manage delivery of projects involving procurement platforms, ERP systems, legacy applications, and global stakeholder groups.
- Own project planning, governance, financials, risk registers, change logs, action plans, progress reporting, and delivery timelines.
- Drive project execution within agreed scope, budget, quality, and customer / business expectations.
- Coordinate multi-functional and multi-location teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Requirements





- Manage global procurement transformation projects with 6-8 years of project management experience.
- Possess procurement transformation, Source-to-Full Time, Purchase-to-Pay, and supply chain process knowledge.
- Have experience with project and programme management across global, complex transformation environments.
- Demonstrate technology exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, SAP ERP MM, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and related procurement platforms.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Have appropriate project management qualification preferred.

Good to Have

- Consulting background is an added advantage.
- Certifications such as PMP, ICP Agile, SAP MM / SRM / Ariba, CSCP, or CPIM are desirable.
