Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to employee onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview panels.
- Ensure timely interview feedback and candidate communication.
- Negotiate salary within approved compensation structures.
- Prepare and issue offer letters after management approval.




- Coordinate background verification and reference checks.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and onboarding.

Recruitment Planning

- Prepare recruitment plans based on approved manpower budgets.
- Prioritize critical and business-essential positions.
- Track recruitment progress against hiring targets.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Maintain succession hiring databases for key positions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
