We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in Lubricants to join our field team. This dual-role position requires the candidate to manage both technical service support and sales responsibilities for Metal Working Fluid products across a diverse industrial customer base. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving customer problems, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in metal working fluids across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and report market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demos to support sales efforts.
Service Support Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support and fluid management services to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and optimizing machining processes related to fluids.
- Maintain detailed service reports, log customer interactions, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
- Support product trials, commissioning, Commercial and application support at customer locations.

- Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Industrial maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
