Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Management Trainee – Marketing to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or brand promotion and be eager to build a successful career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and content creation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance analysis.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional programs.
- Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support brand-building and customer engagement initiatives.





Requirements:

- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, BBA, BMS, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Creative thinking with a customer-focused approach.
