KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Zoho System Maintenance: Maintain applications, workflows, automations, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Zoho Support.

2. Configuration and Changes: Modify fields, forms, layouts, workflows, permissions, test changes, maintain change logs.

3. Dashboards and Reporting: Create dashboards, MIS reports, business metrics reports.

4. Data Management: Review data quality, clean data, imports/exports, ensure authorization controls.

5. Employee Support and Training: User support, onboarding, training sessions, SOPs, user guides.

6. Task and Issue Management: Maintain issue tracker, timelines, monthly summary.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 2 years of Zoho experience;
- Zoho CRM and Analytics preferred;
- Creator, Books, People, Forms and Deluge advantageous;
- Solid troubleshooting, reporting, communication, confidentiality;
- Real estate experience preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra
