- Experience :

- 3–5 years in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing setup

- Roles & Responsibilities :
- Job Purpose :

- To ensure continuous, protected, and efficient operation of electrical systems, utilities, and plant machinery by executing preventive and breakdown maintenance, supporting quality and project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and calibration standards.

- Job Duties / Responsibilities :

- Ensure 100% uptime of all machines and electrical utilities.
- Prepare daily reports and shift schedules for workmen.




- Coordinate with external stakeholders for calibration of instruments (multimeters, weighing scales, EOT cranes, DG set, laser machines, etc.).
- Test solenoid valves, pulse jet valves, new motors, and timer cards during QC inspections.
- Assemble pneumatic panels and provide electrical connections for testing.
- Ensure maintenance team members use proper uniforms and safety PPE at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and workplace housekeeping in electrical areas.
- Provide testing support to project engineers for electrical panels.
- Perform wiring of assembly equipment as per engineering drawings.
- Analyse trends in electricity, diesel, oil, air, and water consumption to identify saving opportunities.
- Develop and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Maintain utilities as per predefined schedules.
- Conduct trend analysis of idle times due to breakdowns.
- Ensure annual health check-up of all lifting devices (e.g., cranes, hoists).

- Critical Evaluation Factors :

- Machine uptime percentage.
