Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender with 4-5 years of experience to join the service team for the launch of our new premium bar program. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in classic cocktail preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for crafting high-quality beverages in a sophisticated cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty coffees, ensuring speed and consistency.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to all guests, handling orders, processing payments, and engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including washing glassware, prepping garnishes, and managing ice and liquor levels.
- Inventory & Control: Assist in basic inventory management, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and minimizing breakage and waste.
- Compliance:



Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as state/local regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol.

Requirements

- Experience: 4-5 years of professional bartending experience in a quality restaurant, bar, or high-volume environment.
- Skills: Solid knowledge of mixology basics, wine service, and spirit categories.
- Certifications: Current certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TABC, RAMP, or equivalent) is required.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
