We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to achieve business targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Age: 20–35 years.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Sales Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
