Telecalling Executive (Inside Sales / Student Counselor)

We are looking for energetic, result-oriented, and articulate Telecalling Executives to join our growing team and help us connect with prospective students.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Telecalling Executive to follow up with leads, counsel prospective students regarding their higher education options in Germany, and guide them toward taking the first step in their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for customer service or sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to interested prospects and students who have inquired about studying in Germany.
- Lead Qualification: Understand the student's academic background, career goals, and eligibility for German universities.
- Counseling & Guidance: Provide accurate overview information about German education, university requirements (including APS regulations, blocked accounts, etc.), and the services our consultancy offers.
- Drive Walk-ins/Consultations: Convince and book appointments for detailed counseling sessions (online or offline) with our senior experts.
- Database Management: Maintain an accurate and updated record of all calls, follow-ups, and student statuses in the CRM/Excel database.




- Follow-up: Follow up diligently with warm leads to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or educational counseling. (Experience in the Study Abroad/Ed-Tech sector is a major plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).
- Languages Spoken: Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Robust convincing power and a pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet surfing.
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated.
