About the Company: Ornate Wall Interior is a premium interior design firm based in New Town, Kolkata. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial interior projects and are looking for an experienced Telecaller to generate quality leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain our interior design services professionally. Generate and qualify leads. Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team. Follow up with prospective clients. Maintain call records and daily reports. Meet daily and monthly appointment targets. Requirements Minimum 1 year of telecalling/telemarketing experience (mandatory). Experience in interior design, real estate, home décor, construction,



or luxury services is preferred. Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (basic English preferred). Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets). Positive attitude and target-oriented approach. Salary ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Performance Incentives. Work Location New Town, Kolkata (Work from Office)
