Designation - Duty Officer
Location - PVR cinemas, Guwahati City Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise staff and allocate duties during the shift.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain shift reports, incident reports, and operational logs.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
- Support training and mentoring of team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred, depending on the organization).
- Relevant experience in operations, administration, security, hospitality, or facility management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,015.08 per month
