About the Role:
We are seeking an active, detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts and on-site plant verification across our manufacturing and vendor locations in the Pune industrial belt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, payments, and receipts.
* Prepare and file GST returns and maintain statutory compliance.
* Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledgers.
* Assist in payroll processing, expense verification, and petty cash management.
* Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and trial balances.
* Verify vendor bills and support accounts payable/receivable activities.
* Coordinate with auditors and support month-end/year-end closing.
* Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Education:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
* Experience: 1–3 years in Accounting, preferably in a Manufacturing or Engineering industry.
* Software: Experience with Tally ERP or similar accounting software preferred.
Skills Required:
* Strong knowledge of GST & TDS compliance.
* Proficient in Bookkeeping and Bank Reconciliation.
* Advanced MS Excel proficiency and MIS preparation.
* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
