Name of the post : Purchase Officer

Qualification : Any degree ( Any Engineering Preferred)

Experience : Minimum 2 Years in Purchase with industries

Immediate Joiners preferable

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Material Sourcing & Procurement: Procure specialized raw materials, including ferrous/non-ferrous metals, sand, binders, and foundry consumables.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Evaluate, select, and manage vendor performance, focusing on quality certifications and competitive pricing.
- Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to ensure Just-in-Time (JIT) availability of materials for production while avoiding overstocking.
- Order Management: Process purchase orders, track,



and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all purchased materials meet industry standards (e.g., ISO,, quality specs).
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance, and prepare procurement reports.
- Capital Expenditure (CAPEX): Manage procurement of machinery and, maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies.
- Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends for raw materials to predict price fluctuations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
