Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor and assess newborns' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with neonatal procedures and emergency interventions.
- Operate and monitor NICU equipment, including incubators, ventilators, infusion pumps, and phototherapy units.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
- Educate and support parents regarding neonatal care and breastfeeding.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for patient management.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and continuous nursing education.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.

Qualifications

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
