International Beauty Academy – IIHMBA and Strands Salon

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Hair Trainer (ablout 3+ years experience) to join our International Beauty Academy and salon. If you have robust technical expertise and a passion for teaching, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct professional hair training sessions (theory & practical)
- Teach haircutting, hair coloring, chemical treatments & styling
- Barbering skills knowledge
- Prepare lesson plans & maintain high-quality training standards
- Guide students on practical skills, hygiene & salon readiness
- Stay updated with latest hair trends, tools & techniques
- Maintain discipline, assessment sheets & student progress records

Requirements:





- Minimum 3+ years experience as Hair Trainer in a reputed academy/salon brand
- Strong expertise in advanced cutting, coloring & chemical services
- Barbering skills
- Excellent communication & classroom / client handling skills
- Certification in Hair Artistry preferred
- Passion for training and student development

Best in Industry (Based on Experience) Work Days: Monday to Sunday (one alternate weekoff)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Hair Trainer: 10 years (Preferred)
