About the Role

BRIXADS Agency is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team in Palakkad. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong grasp of design principles, and at least one year of professional experience, we want to hear from you. You will play a key role in developing visual content that drives our clients' marketing campaigns and strengthens their brand presence.

Responsibilities

- Creative Execution: Conceptualize and create high-quality graphics for a wide range of platforms, including social media, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, and branding materials.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Team-oriented Workflow: Work closely with our marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that achieve business goals.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh perspectives to our creative work.
- Feedback Integration: Confidently present design concepts and professionally incorporate feedback from clients or team leads to refine final deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



Minimum 1 year of proven experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus).
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. (Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools is a strong advantage).
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to create diverse and visually compelling designs.
- Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively within a team environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
