About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Jewellery Sales Executive with a strong background in branded jewellery retail. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer handling skills, a passion for jewellery sales, and the ability to convert walk-in customers into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and bridal jewellery.
- Deliver an outstanding luxury shopping experience.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle billing coordination, order bookings, advance bookings, and customer follow-ups.
- Explain jewellery purity, BIS Hallmark, making charges, wastage, exchange, and buyback policies.
- Cross-sell matching jewellery collections and value-added products.
- Maintain showroom display standards and product presentation.
- Coordinate with inventory, cashier, and store operations.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3-8 years of jewellery showroom sales experience.




- Experience in reputed jewellery brands is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- English communication is an added advantage.
- Strong sales closing and customer relationship skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
- Passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work on weekends and festival seasons.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from brands such as Tanishq, Kalyan Jewellers, Joyalukkas, Malabar Gold, Bhima, Lalitha Jewellery, GRT, NAC, Jos Alukkas, Khazana Jewellery, or other reputed jewellery retailers are encouraged to apply.
