Key Responsibilities

● Channel Strategy & Execution: Create, own, and execute the city-specific offline

channel sales plan to drive user acquisition and revenue.

● On-Ground Activities: Plan, organize, and monitor offline marketing activities,

seminars, workshops, and canopy setups in target zones to generate high-quality leads.

● Campus Partnerships: Identify, pitch to, and tie up with colleges, universities, and

coaching institutes as "Campus Partners" to promote our educational products.

● Faculty Network Building: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with local

faculty members, professors, and influencers to establish brand credibility and referral

funnels.

● Funnel Management: Actively track and monitor the entire offline sales funnel. Convert

on-ground leads into active paid subscribers through counseling and direct sales.

● Market Intelligence: Keep a close eye on competitor ground activities, pricing

strategies, and local market trends to share actionable insights with the leadership team.





What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

● EdTech Background: 2+ years of solid experience specifically in EdTech offline sales,

B2C field sales, or institutional sales.

● Networkers & Hustlers: Proven experience in cracked campus partnerships or building

networks with academic professionals/faculty.

● Data-Driven Sellers: Ability to not just "work hard" on the field, but also track conversion

rates, optimize lead funnels, and report daily metrics.

● Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal

skills in both English and the local regional language.

● Mobility: Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned

territory for daily field operations.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
