Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales enquiries for the Canada travel process.
- Book domestic and international flight tickets using Amadeus GDS.
- Create, modify, cancel and reissue airline reservations.
- Assist customers with fare quotations and travel itineraries.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries related to bookings, schedules, cancellations and refunds.
- Maintain booking accuracy and follow company SOPs.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for smooth travel arrangements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales or Air Ticketing.




- Hands-on experience with Amadeus is mandatory.
- Experience in the Canada Travel Process will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of GDS, PNR creation, fare calculation and airline reservations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Customer-focused with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working rotational/night shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
