- Responsible for managing the overall process of functional and visual inspection of the vehicles before dispatch.
- Responsible for ensuring stringent checks/ inspections (including that thorough cleaning and washing).
- Inspecting all the completed work.
- Ensuring all work is properly documented.
- Reporting to the Manager in case of any deviations.
- Test-drive the vehicle to ensure the vehicle is operating as designed.
- Perform in-process testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Inspect assemblies/sub-assemblies for proper quality before proceeding to next step in procedure.
- Responsible for thoroughly inspects of all finished products following a standardized checklist.
- Responsible to maintain record and report any defects, non-conformance or substandard conditions.
- Responsible to trains, motivates and coordinates employees to work safely, efficiently and to

Education: Graduation (any)
