Role Overview

The Senior Advocate will provide strategic legal advice, represent clients before courts, tribunals, quasi-judicial authorities, and government bodies, and lead complex litigation and dispute resolution matters. The role requires extensive legal expertise, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to manage high-value and sensitive matters while mentoring junior legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Appear and argue matters before the High Court, Supreme Court, Tribunals, Regulatory Authorities, and other judicial forums.
- Develop litigation strategies and provide legal opinions on complex legal issues.
- Draft, settle, and vet pleadings, petitions, applications, written submissions, and legal notices.
- Advise clients on civil, commercial, corporate, real estate, property, trust, cooperative society, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Coordinate with solicitors, advocates, counsels, and clients for effective case management.
- Represent clients during negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussions.
- Review and supervise the work of junior advocates and legal associates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
- Enrollment with the State Bar Council.
- Minimum 10–15 years of active litigation and advisory experience.
- Proven experience in handling complex litigation independently.
- Strong drafting, advocacy, negotiation, and legal research skills.
- Excellent communication and client-management abilities.

Compensation

Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience, expertise, and ability to independently handle high-value and complex legal matters.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
