Job Title: VTL Programmer (Vertical Turning Lathe)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (NTTF, GTTC)

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop CNC programs using Mastercam for turning and milling operations.

· Interpret 2D/3D models, engineering drawings, and GD&T; to create accurate machining strategies.

· Select suitable cutting tools, parameters, and machining sequences to achieve optimal cycle time, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.

· Support production team during initial part prove-out and first-off inspection.

· Troubleshoot machining issues and provide solutions to improve productivity and quality.

Required Skills G Qualifications:





· BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (NTTF / GTTC preferred).

· 5–8 years of hands-on experience in CAM programming and CNC machining operations.

· Minimum 3–5 years of VTL operating experience is mandatory.

· Strong working knowledge of Mastercam (Turning with C Axis).

· Experience in both manual programming and CAM-based programming.
