We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our Marine Safety Equipment business. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, leadership skills, and experience in marine safety equipment reselling or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred experience in Marine Safety Equipment, Marine Supplies, Ship Chandling, or Safety Equipment Reselling.
Preferred Candidate:
Existing network in shipping, marine, offshore, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and target-oriented professional.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
