Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated QA Tester with 1+ years of experience in manual testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for identifying bugs before products reach customers. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements and functional specifications.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform Manual Testing for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Conduct Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, and Integration Testing.
- Verify bug fixes and perform retesting.
- Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide quality-related feedback.
- Ensure applications meet business and user requirements before release.
- Maintain detailed test documentation and reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills





- 1+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual Testing).
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.
- Good knowledge of Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience writing transparent and comprehensive test cases.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and API testing using Postman is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic background.
- QA certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium, etc.) will be an added advantage.
