Job Description:

Designation: Customer Data Analyst
Working Days : 5 Days a week
Shift: UK Day Shift
Work timing: 12.30 PM - 9.30 PM | 1.30 PM - 10.30 PM
Type of Process: UK Process

Candidate should have minimum 4+ Year experience along with below:

- Excellent Written and Verbal English
- Good computer knowledge and typing speed (Need someone who is good with Excel and has done some data analysis work)
- International client communication experience

The position would be responsible for,

- Supporting clients on Sales & Operations.
- Daily Client Communications.
- Creating site plans to prepare quotations.
- Uploading purchase orders on CRM.
- Chasing client's customers for purchase orders.
- Managing clients email inboxes.
- Quote generation in CRM
- Updating contacts in CRM.
- Reporting client on daily basis with work completed.
