Process & Workflow Management

​End-to-End Processing: Oversee student applications, document verification, enrollment steps, and administrative workflows from initial intake to completion.

​Accuracy & Compliance: Verify student documentation for completeness, compliance with institutional guidelines, and timely processing.

​Database & File Maintenance: Maintain organized, up-to-date student records, status trackers, and internal operational databases.

​Student Outreach & Feedback System

​Proactive Contact: Systematically reach out to every student to check in on their journey, address concerns, and gather structured feedback.

​Satisfaction Tracking: Compile and analyze feedback data to identify recurring service gaps or operational bottlenecks.

​Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for student queries,



ensuring prompt resolution or escalating complex issues to upper management.

Branch Coordination & Reporting

​Supervisory Alignment: Work under the direct guidance of the Branch Coordinator to ensure daily operations align with branch targets and policies.

​Operational Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly activity logs, processing reports, and feedback summary dashboards for the Branch Coordinator.

​Cross-Department Support: Assist counseling, admissions, and administrative teams to keep internal processing handoffs seamless.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
