Primal Code Technologies is looking for an energetic and confident Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Calicut.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Explain our software, website, mobile app, and digital services
- Understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM
- Prepare daily sales reports and achieve assigned targets
Qualifications
- Any degree
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Valuable presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Experienced candidates are preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
