Job Responsibilities

- Identify potential OEMs, engineering companies and industrial customers across India
- Research companies using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, industrial directories and other online sources
- Identify purchase, procurement, vendor development, maintenance and technical contacts
- Contact prospective customers through telephone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Introduce the company and its products to potential customers
- Send company profiles, product catalogues and introductory emails
- Follow up with prospective customers to generate enquiries, meetings and vendor-registration opportunities
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the company CRM
- Record customer responses and schedule future follow-ups
- Coordinate qualified leads with the sales and technical teams
- Assist with supplier-registration and vendor-development processes
- Prepare daily and weekly lead-generation reports
- Achieve monthly targets for new contacts, qualified leads and customer enquiries

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, MBA, Diploma, B.Tech or a related qualification
- Freshers with good communication and research skills may apply
- Good spoken Malayalam
- Experience - 0 to 2 years.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English
- Comfortable speaking with prospective customers over the phone
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email and internet research
- Confidence in approaching current companies and decision-makers
- Strong follow-up ability and willingness to work with targets
- Good organisational and record-maintenance skills
- Willingness to learn industrial products and applications
- Candidates residing within practical commuting distance of Kollam will be preferred





Important Information About the Role

- This is an office-based B2B lead-generation position
- This is not door-to-door sales
- This is not retail, insurance or financial-product sales
- Previous experience in rubber products or industrial sales is not mandatory
- Complete product, customer and sales-process training will be provided
- The selected candidate will work from the Kollam office
- The role primarily focuses on identifying and developing new customers

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be evaluated based on:

- Number of relevant companies identified
- Number of procurement and decision-maker contacts obtained
- Number of customer calls and emails completed
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Number of enquiries, meetings and vendor registrations initiated
- Accuracy of CRM and follow-up records

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed salary of ₹17,000–₹19,000 per month, depending on communication skills, experience and interview performance
