Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented *Sales & Marketing Executive* who will spearhead growth initiatives, establish positive client relations, and create marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle inbound and outbound tele-sales calls related to rooftop solar projects

* Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead follow-ups and customer engagement

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions

* Share quotations, GST/tax details, payment terms, and delivery timelines

* Maintain and update Sales MIS, customer data, and basic stock records

* Track customer projects and provide regular status updates

* Proactively inform customers about delays, changes, or issues

* Provide coordination support during and after installation when required

* Assist in sales promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives

* Ensure adherence to company policies and internal processes

* Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.





* Compile sales reports and customer information.

* Willingness to visit customer sites if required

* Familiarity with *Microsoft office and CRM software.*

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

* Candidates with prior experience in the solar industry will be given preference.

Education :Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Experience : Previous experience in marketing and sales (6months to 1 Year).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
