We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-groomed to ensure the clubhouse remains clean, organized, and welcoming for residents and guests. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure the clubhouse is clean, neat, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
- Assist residents with clubhouse facilities and basic inquiries.
- Monitor the cleanliness of seating areas, activity rooms, washrooms, and common spaces.
- Arrange furniture and equipment for events or activities when required.
- Replenish supplies such as drinking water, tissues, toiletries, and other clubhouse essentials.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure clubhouse rules and regulations are followed by users.
- Maintain records of visitor entries, bookings,



or usage logs if required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant environment for all visitors.

Eligibility Criteria

- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or the local language.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine housekeeping and hospitality duties.
- Honest, punctual, and dependable.
