About Us: Shaivaa Algaetech LLP is a biotechnology company specializing in natural astaxanthin and microalgae-based nutrition ingredients. We are expanding our R&D; team for an upcoming project focused on microalgae cultivation upscale and pigment extraction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day execution of the microalgae upscale and extraction project
- Design and run experiments for cultivation optimization and pigment yield
- Analyze and interpret experimental data; prepare reports
- Coordinate with interns and cross-functional teams on project timelines
- Contribute to process documentation and SOPs
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field (completed)
- Prior lab/research experience preferred (microalgae, fermentation, or extraction work is a plus)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines
- Able to work on-site in Surat, Gujarat
