Job Overview

We are urgently looking to hire two dynamic and knowledgeable Advance Excel Trainers for a 5-day intensive, on-site training program in Bhopal. The ideal candidates will have 0-3 years of experience and possess a strong ability to break down complex Excel concepts into easily understandable modules for corporate or adult learners.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Training: Conduct comprehensive, hands-on daily sessions covering Advanced Excel concepts (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables with calculated fields, Power Query, and introductory Macros/VBA).

TestGorilla

Practical Application: Guide participants through real-world scenarios, including data cleaning, reconciliation, and building interactive dashboards.

Problem Solving: Address trainee questions and provide practical strategies for automating repetitive day-to-day tasks.





Time Management: Ensure all required training modules are successfully completed and outcomes are met within the 5-day schedule.

Requirements

Experience: 0 to 3 years in a training, data analysis, or similar technical role. Freshers with exceptional, demonstrable Excel skills are welcome to apply.

Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel far beyond basic data entry. Must be comfortable with advanced formulas, data modeling, and reporting.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively manage a classroom workplace.

Availability: Must be available to travel to and stay in Bhopal for the duration of the 5-day program in mid-August.

Perks & Compensation

Remuneration: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 for the complete 5-day project (commensurate with skills and experience).

Logistics: Complete Stay and Food will be fully provided by the company for the duration of the training.
