Position: Inside Sales Executive

About Us
IITPlanet.com provides One-on-One Live Personalized Classes for students from Class 6 to 12, specializing in JEE and NEET preparation. Our personalized teaching approach helps students achieve academic excellence with dedicated mentor support.

Job Responsibilities

- Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents.
- Explain IITPlanet.com's courses and personalized learning programs.
- Convert inquiries into successful course bookings and enrollments.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Candidates will be evaluated based on:

- Daily call targets
- Weekly and monthly booking targets
- Monthly sales targets
- Daily talk-time targets




- Consistent follow-up and conversion performance

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 5-day work week
- Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: Monday and Tuesday

Salary

- ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives may be offered based on target achievement.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
