Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage real estate construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry and possess strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site visits, project review meetings, and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with the procurement team.
- Manage client communication and provide regular project status updates.




- Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Civil Engineering. PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Experience: 5–7 years as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Site Manager in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, BOQs, contracts, billing, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
