Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (YMTS) is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Kannada Business Development Executives to join our growing team. If you are fluent in Kannada, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about sales and customer engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to start your career. Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's software products and services in Kannada.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer information and maintain CRM records.




- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada (Mandatory).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Internet).
- Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
