Job Summary:
The Store Assistant/Manager is responsible for managing all store operations, leading the sales team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business goals and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily store operations.
- Recruit, train, and motivate store employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Handle cash management, billing, and daily financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management/POS software.
