We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST compliance, sales & purchase accounting, e-Way Bill generation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
- Record Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, and Contra entries.
- Generate and manage GST Tax Invoices.
- Prepare and generate e-Way Bills and ensure compliance.
- Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist in GST data preparation and filing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Required Skills
- Mandatory knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good understanding of GST, e-Way Bills, and invoicing
- Knowledge of Sales & Purchase accounting
- Basic knowledge of TDS and bank reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Tally Certification will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently
