Urgent Hiring General Manager – Hotel @ Dhana Inns International

Preferred Location: Only candidates currently residing in Tamil Nadu will be considered.

Age: Should below 45

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the hotel industry, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role in hotel
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall operations of the hotel and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead and manage all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, Security, and Administration.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor room occupancy, revenue, and profitability while achieving business targets.
- Prepare and manage budgets, control operational costs, and maximize revenue.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and hotel staff.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service quality.




- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and government authorities as required.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and maintenance of hotel assets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports for management.
- Plan and execute sales, marketing, and promotional activities to improve occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure effective teamwork and a positive work culture across all departments.

- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
