Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and reporting activities The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in Tally Candidates with previous accounting experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or similar industries will be preferred

The candidate must be comfortable working in a rural location and should be able to manage accounts independently with accuracy and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

Handle cash, bank, and ledger reconciliation

Prepare vouchers, invoices, and expense records

Maintain purchase and sales records properly

Support monthly closing and MIS reporting

Monitor petty cash and daily financial transactions

Coordinate with management for accounting and audit requirements

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records as applicable





Assist in inventory and stock-related accounting activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

(B.Com /M.Com) or related field

2–4 years of accounting experience

Good working knowledge of Tally ERP

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reports

Solid attention to detail and record management

Good communication and coordination skills

Candidates from nearby locations will be preferred

Preferred Candidate

Experience in plant, manufacturing, or operations accounting

Comfortable working at Gadha Village, Chhatarpur (MP)

Immediate joiners preferred

Location Challenge

Gadha Village, Chhatarpur District is a rural location with limited urban facilities. Candidates should be comfortable working and relocating to the project location. Local and nearby candidates will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
