We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated IELTS & PTE Trainers who are passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their target scores. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong subject knowledge, and the confidence to manage classroom sessions independently.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IELTS and/or PTE Trainer.
- Candidates with less than one year of experience may also apply if they are willing to successfully complete our Trainer Orientation Program before joining.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging IELTS and PTE classes for students of different proficiency levels.
- Teach all four modules:
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
- Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized improvement strategies.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Clarify student doubts and motivate learners throughout their preparation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an interactive learning environment.
- Assist in developing study materials, worksheets, and practice tests.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS and PTE exam patterns.
