We are looking for Maintainance Executive for Thane and Pune locations.

JD--

Facility Maintenance  Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance across all Aaji Care centers.  Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and HVAC systems.  Conduct routine inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Electrical Maintenance  Troubleshoot electrical faults.  Maintain MCBs, RCCBs, DB panels, switches, sockets, lighting systems, earthing, UPS, and generator coordination. Plumbing & Civil Maintenance  Repair water pipelines, drainage systems, flush tanks, pumps, and leakages.  Perform minor civil repairs, including masonry, tile replacement, wall crack repairs, and waterproofing coordination. Carpentry & HVAC  Repair doors,



furniture, windows, and locks.  Coordinate AC servicing and perform basic troubleshooting. Fire & Safety  Inspect fire extinguishers.  Coordinate fire alarm systems and hydrant maintenance.  Ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency preparedness. Vendor & Asset Management  Coordinate with maintenance vendors and AMC providers.

Exp-- 1yr minimum.

Budget is max 22k per month
