We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer who can convert briefs into high-quality visuals for social media and marketing. This role requires strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and the ability to use AI design tools to speed up production without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

Non-Negotiable Skills

- Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy)
- Proficiency in Canva + at least one of: Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma
- Ability to create designs directly from a brief (without heavy handholding)
- Comfort using AI tools for image generation and faster design iterations

Responsibilities

- Social Media Creatives & Campaign Design

- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels thumbnails, and ad creatives
- Maintain consistency with brand style while keeping creatives fresh and scroll-stopping




- Create variations of creatives for A/B testing and different audience segments
- Flyers, Brochures & Marketing Collateral

- Design print-ready flyers, brochures, standees, posters, and event collateral
- Prepare files with correct sizing, bleed, and export settings for print vendors
- Build reusable templates for recurring design needs
- AI-Generated Images & Speed Workflows

- Create AI-generated images/visuals using tools (e.g., Midjourney/Firefly/Leonardo/ChatGPT workflows – any equivalent is fine)
- Enhance outputs with retouching, compositing, and brand styling
- Maintain an organised asset library (prompts, styles, brand elements, exports)
- Collaboration & Delivery

- Work closely with content writers, strategists, and account managers
- Interpret briefs accurately and deliver on time with minimal revisions
- Present design options and explain the visual logic when needed
