Job Title: Quality Engineer – Sheet Metal Stamping

Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Profile:

- Experience in quality assurance of sheet metal stamping parts.
- Handle First Part Approval (FPA), in-process inspection, and pre-dispatch inspection.
- Prepare and maintain PPAP documents, including Control Plan, PFMEA, and inspection records.
- Maintain ISO/IATF quality management system documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure.
- Interpret engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Coordinate with production, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Good knowledge of quality tools and documentation with robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
