Key Responsibilities

- Meet customers to understand their cybersecurity, compliance, and business requirements.
- Recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions, including SOC, SIEM, MDR/XDR, VAPT, PAM, DLP, Cloud Security, and Email Security.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
- Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical discussions, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SoW).
- Advise customers on security frameworks and compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, RBI, SEBI CSCRF, CERT-In, DPDP, and NIST.
- Coordinate with delivery, SOC, and engineering teams to design and implement customer solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging cyber threats, security technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.




- 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, consulting, SOC, or security implementation.
- Good understanding of network security, cloud security, SOC, SIEM, VAPT, endpoint security, identity security, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with leading security technologies such as firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM/PAM, and vulnerability management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and design practical security solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Microsoft Security, Fortinet NSE, or Cisco Security are an added advantage.
